Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We offer two types of luxury accommodation: Royal Safari Tents — a premium glamping experience with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, private deck, and mountain views. Heritage Stone Cottages — spacious traditional cottages with living area, fireplace, private garden, and hot shower. Both include complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, and access to all resort amenities.
We are currently not pet-friendly as our property is surrounded by natural wildlife habitats. We prioritize the safety of local wildlife and your pets. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to accommodate pets in the future.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are charged one night's stay. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. Modifications to booking dates can be made free of charge, subject to availability.
Yes! A complimentary breakfast is included with every stay. We serve a lavish spread of local delicacies, continental options, fresh fruits, juices, and artisanal breads from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations and common areas. However, as we are nestled in a natural setting, connectivity may be limited in some outdoor areas — a perfect excuse to unplug and enjoy the surroundings!
Absolutely! We welcome families with children of all ages. Our Heritage Stone Cottages are especially suited for families with their spacious living areas. We offer kid-friendly activities like nature trails, cycling, a kids' wading pool, archery, and bonfire evenings.
